Mike Scotland – Divelog Australasia
Mike Scotland joins us on the show to highlight the fantastic free content found within the digital pages of the DIVELOG Australasia magazine.
Mike started diving in 1976 and completed his MSDT qualifications in 1985. He has managed to log more than 6,500 dives over the past 45 years and is clearly an addict of the sport. I first met Mike in Papua New Guinea during my tenure as the dive manager at Tufi Resort. Mike stayed with us for a week and we had a fantastic time diving the pristine reefs and capturing its beauty on camera. Following that, I caught up with Mike at the Australian dive show in Sydney where he gave a presentation on his travels and adventures, I think it was 2018 but don’t hold me to that.
He is now the editor of Divelog Australasia and I have to say that it is no mean feat to produce over 100 pages of content every 8 weeks. Mike’s passion for scuba diving is very apparent with the many articles he writes as editor, scuba diver and Marine Biologist.
Divelog Australasia is also a popular editorial that actively invites divers to get involved by providing content, pictorial and literally. If you have a story, a passion, an expertise or are simply awesome at photography then get in touch with Mike Scotland and get yourself featured.
