Mick Uberti

Mick is a Marine Engineer with 8 years seagoing experience on commercial vessels and super-yachts this was followed by 15 years as a Surveyor with a government regulator. An Australian Maritime Safety Authority (AMSA) accredited Domestic Commercial Vessel (DCV) surveyor with experience in surveying a range of vessel types. Mick founded Maritime Survey Australia (MSA) in 2017 and continues to provide AMSA DCV survey services to the commercial marine industry. Mick has work for a host of different boat owners around the globe including the the UAE royal family and Richard Branson. Mick has completed vessel surveys on many of the Egyptain Dive Live Aboard vessels and developed along with his team at Martime Survey International a rating system that can be applied to these vessel in an effort to improve safety outcomes.
